FEES The fees in our office are based on the care, skill, time and judgment necessary to provide the service. The fee for your particular treatment will be discussed fully with you prior to treatment. We make every effort to inform before we perform. INSURANCE As a convenience to you, our office will submit charges for services to your dental insurance carrier, but we consider the patient primarily responsible for the account. We will do everything possible to help you obtain maximum benefits. Please be prepared to pay your portion on the day of services.
